The Festival Development team comprises a group of professionals that provide a combination of project management, special events management, logistical, protocol and artistic skills, all held together with years of institutional knowledge.
The team is charged with the responsibility of instituting a programme of work that will improve the quality and marketability of community festivals and special events.
