Our work is guided by the concept of developing the human capital of our nation, with the aim of supporting the development of the competencies and capacity of cultural and artistic organisations and individuals in the Visual, Literary and Performing Arts. The provision of technical and financial assistance is significant to the formation of projects carried out within this area of focus like the Music School in the Panyards and Pan Camps conducted in 2012.
